The mermaid and light within me has guided me through a life of dreams and creativity. When we are a child, we dream big, the sky has no limit, we explore the unknown and as years go by we seem to become more and more rigid and put our shields up to protect ourselves from possible heart break and deception.
My life just like many others has been full of ups and downs, I have experienced love and loss but through this I have learnt about balance, harmony and wisdom.
I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be living the ride called life, learning to accept the darkness and explore the light, to help as many people that I have the opportunity to.

Life is an on going exploration and adventure through experience and expression.

I have been connected to the spirit world and I’ve developed a very strong intuition and communication. Helping and understanding people is a passion of mine since I can remember. I have specified in Spiritual Life Coaching, meditation, spiritual awareness, healing through my voice and profound retreats. Through travels, healing the body and breath work, all helping to shift and release tension, stress, limiting believes and any blockages that may be holding us back from consciously being the best version of ourselves. We are born to learn, grow, accept, let go, release and most of all create, believe, love, forgive and thrive. We are spiritual beings living a human experience and learning duality. Love is our birth right and it is everything, the rest is all an illusion.
